Bus service in and out of downtown Denver will be suspended again Saturday because of safety concerns related to large protests.
Train service into Union Station will run on regular schedule, RTD said in a Friday news release, but light rail service will be suspended Saturday downtown.
The University of Colorado A-Line, B-Line and G-Line will run on regular schedules into Union Station, according to the release. The C, E and W-lines also will run regular schedules into Union Station.
The following service changes will be in effect Saturday:
- No bus service in and out of downtown Denver.
- Bus concourse at Union Station and Civic Center Station will be closed.
- Two dozen bus routes will be detoured around downtown.
- The L-Line will not run.
- The H-Line will run to the 10th/Osage Station.
RTD workers will continue to monitor and assess the situation throughout the weekend and take additional measures if necessary. Changes to weekend service will be posted on RTD rider alerts.
Public transit riders are urged to wear face coverings and maintain social distancing on RTD vehicles.
